Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz selling house
The housing market is pretty tough, but Ashlee Simpson and her rocker hubby Pete Wentz say that selling their $4.5 million home is best for their expanded family.

Someone apparently told some publication (though neither the source nor the publication to which this tidbit was told is not named):
“The house is built into the side of a giant hill and it doesn’t really have any yard. Now that Bronx is getting older they realized that really isn’t a child-friendly house. They are going to sell this house and look for something that will be better suited to young children.”
Ash bought the house in January 2007 (before Pete?) for $4.5 million. It has “four floors, four bedrooms, four baths, and a master bedroom with his-and-her baths.”
Wow–sounds swanky? Anyone interested? Ha!
But it does make sense if the house is as unfriendly to children as it sounds. Little Bronx Mowgli can’t be getting hurt!
