Ashlee Simpson Vs. Mariah Carey

Poor Ashlee Simpson. Every since that awful Saturday Night Live episode she just hasn’t got the respect she deserves. She handled it with grace and humor, but it just hasn’t been enough to get her back to where she needs to be.
As if the last few years of kidding weren’t enough, it now turns out that Ashlee’s new album will be up against THE MEGA DIVA, Mariah Carey. According to MSNBC, Mariah just “surpassed Elvis Presley as solo artist with the most No. 1 singles” and will now release HER new album “E=MC2″ a few days before Ashlee’s.
(Note: That title HAS to be a joke! E=MC2 for MARIAH? Puh-leeze.)
The Scoop quotes “a source close to” Aslee as saying that she “needs to hit a home run with this album.” They continued by saying her “career really depends on it.”
I hate to see Ashlee go up against Mariah, they have such different music. Ironically, it was just a few years ago that Ashlee presented Mariah with the “Music Love Song” choice at the Teen Choice Awards.

Talk about ridiculous. Ashlee Simpson has no singing talent. Just because her sister made it as a singer doesn’t me she inherited the singing gene too. She is up against Mariah Carey. A REAL singer who’s been doing this for over 2 decades. Joe Simpson seems like a freak; a pastor preaching morals but tries to sabotage another artist and making sexual comments about his own daughter. Can anyone say hypocrite. It’s no surprise that Mariah’s album has already crushed that SLN ass clown. I plan on buying 3 or 4 of Mariah’s CD’s the day Ashlee’s hits stores.

Oh and I forgot to mention. Mariah is BEAUTIFUL! Ashlee can’t compare, not even on her best day.

Mariah is pretty, that’s true, and so is Ashlee. They are both gorgeous women.
BTW, did you catch the shameless plus Mariah pulled on American Idol last week? What a tacky move! Mariah must be desperate for sales, it’s a good thing you’re going to buy a few copies of the album. She needs the help.
