CMT’s Hazel Smith Dishes About Jessica Simpson

Well, the Carrie Underwood versus Jessica Simpson saga continues. I don’t think Jessica is dragging this thing out, but it’s obvious some folks in country music are jumping on it (and taking Carrie’s “side”.)
Remember how I told you that ABC had chosen Jess’s song “Come on Over” to help promote the CMA Music Festival’s Country Night to Rock? It appears some folks at Country Music Television weren’t up for that decision.
Here’s a video of CMT’s Hazel Smith on why ABC should have chosen Carrie Underwood instead of Jess.
I think Jess’s song makes a perfect choice for this program since she’s crossing over and it’s new and hot right now. What do you think?

I think Jessica is great as a Country artisit & her song would have been perfect! Although Carrie is great she shouldn’t be making up lies about Romo still calling her, sure it isn’t true! Jessica is way hotter!!!
