In honor of dads everywhere (even Jessica and Ashlee’s dad, Papa Joe Simpson), I thought it might be nice to do another giveaway.

I’ve a nice little book called My Dad, My Hero to give to one lucky Jess and Ashlee reader. The book is a short collection of quotes for dads, and makes a lovely gift for Father’s Day.

If you’d like to win, leave a comment on this post about the best thing a dad can do for his kids. I’ll choose a winner at random by end of day on Sunday, June 8th. I’ll announce the winner the following day.

Good luck!

Time- what a father needs to do is spend time with his children, money is nothing, buying gifts does not replace the love that just hanging out together means.

In the case of this loser (Jessica and Ashlee Simpsons father) stay out of running their lives and making comments on their breasts.

my husband upon awakening will be given a list from 1-5 in which he will include anything he wants to do with and upon Fther’s Day; putting his life and special day ahead of his family. He deserves so much more; perhaps this will tell him how special HE IS!!!!!!!!! Thanks

I think a best thing a dad can do is show his love for his children by having time for them. Like Jessica and Ashlee’s dad, who has spent so much time in helping them be what they are. I would love to win the book to read more about it!

Love them, spend time with them and allow them to learn from their mistakes…as painful as that might be.

    Joe,
I just want to suggest that first your daughters marry southern gentlemen like myself, anyways haha.
I firmly believe that you never leave your roots that God provide the path? so I am suggesting strongly that JESS sings with NATALIE GRANT and does a DUET WITH THE SINGER FOR 3RD DAY and you promote it POP, CHRISTIAN , COUNTRY.
God Bless you and your wife and Jess is a beautiful creation of god.
    thanks,
    CHRISS
