Win a Copy of I Do: Meditations for Brides
May 2, 2008 by Cherie
Since Ashlee Simpson is ready to march down the aisle pretty soon, I thought it might be time to celebrate with a giveaway for loyal JessandAshlee readers!
I’ve got I Do: Meditations for Brides to give to one lucky winner. If you’re about to get married, or know someone who is, this book makes a lovely gift.
The book has “reflections” on things like female bashing, equality, service, control, effort, pouting, openheartedness, and every other emotion a bride might feel about getting and staying married. It includes quotes from Indira Gandhi, Cher, Anais Nin, Mother Theresa, Woody Allen, and D.H. Lawrence, among others. I Do has a quote or thought for every day of the year, so you could read one each day, or just go back over what you read and reflect on one.
And who couldn’t use a little help with engagement stress?
If you’d like to win the book, just go ahead and leave a comment on this post by Friday, May 16th. I’ll randomly draw a comment and announce the winner on Monday, May 19th. Good luck!
