Win a Copy of The Busy Girls Guide to Looking Great
With all this talk of a break up with Jessica and Tony, it’s time for a cheer up. And what better way than with another giveaway!
I have a beautiful, colorful book titled, The Busy Girls Guide to Looking Great. Here’s a description:
When the going gets tough, most women don’t go shopping (though they might like to); instead they often sacrifice all the little luxuries that make them feel beautiful - salon appointments, yoga classes, shoe-shopping and healthy cooking. The Busy Girl’s Guide to Looking Great will help every woman with an active life find the time to address their exercise, diet, beauty and fashion desires without derailing their schedules. Whether you’re a single girl or a working mum, this fun, information-filled guide will show you ways to incorporate exercise into your daily life, maintain your beauty status, keep to a nutritional diet and look stylish and groomed - all effortlessly and in the minimum amount of time.
Want to win? Simply leave a message on this post with your favorite tip for looking great. You have until Monday, May 26th to enter. I’ll draw a winner at random and announce the lucky guy or gal on Tuesday, May 27th.

Number one thing that someone (Who probably feels like they don’t even have enough time to sleep!) Is to simply sit or stand up straight! I know it can be a bother (espeically if someone is tired, and just feels like it’s more work!) but sitting up straight can make you seems slimmer and more attractive in a matter of seconds–and most girls can only give out so many seconds. :)

Confidence! Even if you’ve not had enough time to spend on yourself, acting confident will boost your own self esteem, and others will regard you as beautiful. Also, make sure to use a good moisturizer with spf in the am and a deep moisturizer in the pm.

Make sure you wear an SPF15 or higher sunblock whenever you will be outdoors longer than 10min, and avoid tanning beds. Try bronzers or a spray tan to get a healthy glow!
